At Heritage Spices, we maintain strict quality control. Because our products are consumable food items and digital access codes, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
- We process and ship all orders within 24-48 business hours of payment confirmation.
- We use premium courier partners via NimbusPost for fast and reliable delivery.
- Once shipped, you will receive an AWB tracking number on your dashboard.
- Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your pincode.
To ensure fast and secure transactions, we only accept prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is strictly NOT available.
Purchases of digital access (Class 10 Science Notes) are instant and irreversible. Once digital access is granted to your account, the transaction cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred to another account.
While we do not offer returns, we care about your experience. If your physical package arrives severely damaged due to courier mishandling, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
